General Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions – Switzerland
A. General Conditions
1. Who we are
Liesl AG is a stock corporation with its registered office in Switzerland. Further information about us can be found on our website at www.liesl.ch. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach us at help@liesl.ch.
2. What we offer
2.1 Platform for arranging care services by third-party providers
We, Liesl AG (“Liesl”, “we”, “us”), operate a website and a mobile app-based online platform (the website and mobile app together, the “Platform”) through which pet owners (“Owners”), primarily of dogs but also of other pets (“Pet/Pets”), and independent third-party providers of pet care (“Caregivers”) can connect (Owners and Caregivers together, the “Users”). Caregivers may in particular offer pet care services through our Platform (“Care” / “Third-Party Services”), whereby each Third-Party Service is offered via the Platform in the form of a “Listing”.
When using care services or Third-Party Services (“Booking(s)”), Owners and Caregivers enter into their own direct contractual relationship. Liesl acts solely as a technological intermediary platform for Bookings and does not itself become a party to these contracts. Accordingly, Liesl acts neither as representative of the Owners nor of the Caregivers.
2.2 Liesl’s own services
In addition to the pure intermediation services provided via the Platform, Liesl offers further services such as real-time updates and GPS tracking during the care period. However, Liesl assumes no liability for the correctness, accuracy, or continuous availability of these functions, since their use depends on external factors such as local network coverage in particular. For Liesl’s own services, you may be required to accept separate terms and conditions before using such services.
3. Content of these General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”, “Terms”) describe the rights and obligations applicable between Liesl and you (together the “Parties” and each individually a “Party”) in connection with:
your visit to the Platform;
your registration on the Platform;
your offering of services via the Platform (see in particular Section B (“Special Conditions for Caregivers”));
your use of services via the Platform (see in particular Section C (“Special Conditions for Owners”)).
You must read and accept these GTC carefully before creating a profile via the Platform, which is a mandatory prerequisite for using the Platform. By doing so, these Terms become part of the contract between you and Liesl and also apply to your agreement with the Owner or Caregiver.
4. Registration and conditions of use of the Platform
4.1 User profile
As a user of the Platform, you must register as an Owner and/or Caregiver and create a profile. You must be at least 18 years old and provide all required information truthfully and completely. Liesl may request proof of minimum age at any time, for example a copy of an identity document.
For registration, you must provide us with certain personal information, including your telephone number and email address. In order to use the Platform, you must also provide at least one valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or another accepted payment method). Caregivers must also provide or create a Stripe Connect account for the purpose of automated payment processing.
4.2 Intended and contractual use
By creating a user profile and using the Platform, you accept these GTC without reservation and undertake to use the Platform solely as intended for the offering and provision of Third-Party Services or for obtaining such services, and in doing so to comply at all times with these GTC and the applicable legal provisions.
4.3 Content generated by you and moderation
You are responsible for the content of your listings and your profile and must ensure that all information is correct, current, and not misleading, and that content uploaded by you does not infringe any third-party rights.
Liesl reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove content provided by users of the Platform without prior notice if such content violates these Terms or applicable law.
4.4 Prohibition on circumventing the Platform
Misuse, in particular circumvention of the Platform and directly approaching Owners or Caregivers in order to avoid fees, is prohibited.
Accordingly, you are not permitted to share personal contact details (such as telephone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, or social media profiles) with other users or request such details from them in order to arrange or perform services outside the Platform.
4.5 Use of the chat function
A chat function is available to users via the Platform in order to facilitate communication in connection with the initiation and performance of care services or Third-Party Services.
4.5.1 Purpose-limited use: The chat may only be used for communication relating to care services and Third-Party Services in connection with the Platform. Any private or commercial use for any other purpose is prohibited.
4.5.2 Monitoring and moderation: In order to protect users and ensure compliance with these GTC, we reserve the right to review chat messages automatically and on a sample basis, to the extent permitted by law. Such review is carried out solely for the purpose of detecting misuse, preventing fraud, and enforcing the GTC. In particular, attempts to circumvent the Platform (e.g. exchange of contact details or payment information outside the Platform) or other breaches of these GTC may be identified.
4.5.3 Storage: Chat messages are stored for the duration of the user account and may be used as evidence in the event of disputes (e.g. complaints or payment disputes). Such use is limited to contract performance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of claims. After deletion of the user account, the data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4.5.4 Prohibition of Platform circumvention: It is prohibited to exchange contact details or payment information via the chat in order to arrange care services or the provision of other services outside the Platform.
4.5.5 Sanctions: In the event of breaches of these provisions, Liesl is entitled to suspend users temporarily or permanently without prior warning and to initiate legal action.
5. Disclaimer of liability
5.1 For Caregivers and Third-Party Services
Liesl acts solely as a technological intermediary platform to connect Owners and Caregivers. Liesl is neither the provider of Listings nor the provider of Third-Party Services, and Liesl is neither a party to the agreements concluded between Owners and Caregivers nor directly involved in the performance of the obligations arising therefrom.
Accordingly, Liesl does not itself provide pet care, but acts exclusively as an intermediary for such care services provided by Caregivers. All Caregivers are independent contractors who are not employed by Liesl and do not act as auxiliaries, subcontractors, or agents of Liesl.
Accordingly, Liesl cannot guarantee careful and contract-compliant care by Caregivers. Liesl also assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by users of the Platform in profiles, ratings, comments, or other contributions, nor for any damage resulting therefrom. Likewise, we are not liable for the accuracy of information provided by Owners and their other conduct, the behavior and health of the Pets, or for damages arising in connection with the provision of Third-Party Services. Any statutory or contractual liability of Liesl is, to the extent permitted by law, expressly excluded. In particular, Liesl assumes no liability in the following cases:
if a Pet escapes despite ordinary supervision, cannot be found again, or is stolen;
in the event of mating of a Pet;
for damage to the Owner’s property such as baskets, blankets, leashes, or toys;
for property damage and personal injury caused by the Pet to third parties during the care period.
5.2 Misuse of the Platform and unauthorized access
Liesl is not liable for damages caused by misuse of the Platform by its users or by unauthorized access by third parties (e.g. hacking attacks). Users of the Platform are obliged to keep their access data secure and to inform Liesl immediately of suspected misuse or unauthorized access.
5.3 Availability and content of the Platform
Liesl endeavors to ensure the best possible availability of the Platform. However, there is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. Liesl is not liable for outages or interruptions due to maintenance work, technical faults, or events beyond Liesl’s control.
Liesl assumes no liability for the content of external websites or resources referred to via links on the Platform. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content. If legal violations become known, Liesl will remove such links without undue delay.
6. Listing and obtaining Third-Party Services (Care)
Caregivers are generally free to decide whether to accept or reject a request for care. Acceptance of a request by a Caregiver is communicated to you as the Owner via the Platform and establishes a direct contract between you and the Caregiver. For certain Third-Party Services, you may be required, before using those services, to agree to separate general terms and conditions of the Caregivers in order to use such services.
7. Fees and payment
7.1 Booking fee
Creating a profile on the Platform is free of charge.
When booking a service, you as the Owner will be charged the following fees depending on the service category (the “Booking Fee”):
Category | Description | Booking Fee for Owners |
|---|---|---|
“Short Care Services” | Duration of up to 24 hours, e.g. dog walking or day care | CHF 2.90 |
“Long Care Services” | Duration of more than 24 hours but less than 72 hours, e.g. weekend care | CHF 4.90 |
“Holiday Care Services” | Duration of more than 72 hours | CHF 9.90 |
For Owners with a premium subscription, the Booking Fee does not apply.
7.2 Care fee
If you obtain services from us or via the Platform, you agree to pay the corresponding costs displayed on the Platform (the “Care Fee”) directly to the Caregiver.
The Care Fee is determined independently by the Caregiver alone and agreed between the Caregiver and the Owner. The collection risk remains exclusively with the Caregiver, and Liesl shall in no event be liable for Care Fees not paid by Owners.
Depending on the specific service obtained, the place of care, and possibly other factors, the actual Care Fee incurred depends on your concrete use of the service, and the Platform may display only an estimate and/or the factors underlying the calculation of the actual Care Fee (such as cost per minute and/or kilometer). In such cases, the Care Fee ultimately charged to the Owner by the Caregiver may differ from the cost estimate.
The Care Fee does not include tips.
Liesl’s share of the Care Fee for providing the intermediation services is 20%, with a minimum of CHF 3.40 per Booking. This amount is deducted directly upon payment of the Care Fee; see the next subsection.
7.3 Payment processing
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking, the Care Fee is immediately reserved on the payment method specified by the Owner once the Caregiver has accepted the Owner’s request for the listing. The payment is then ultimately authorized using the preferred payment method linked to the Owner’s profile and processed via the third-party provider Stripe Connect. For this purpose, Caregivers must provide or create a Stripe Connect account at registration. After completion of this payment process, the Caregiver’s share, less Liesl’s fees and the payment processor’s fees, is credited directly to the Caregiver’s Stripe Connect account:
Time | Action by Stripe Connect | Description |
|---|---|---|
At the time of booking | Reservation of the Care Fee (no debit) | Stripe Connect reserves or blocks an amount corresponding to the Care Fee on the Owner’s payment method for a certain period, depending on the category of the booked care service. |
After provision of Short Care Services | Debit of the full Care Fee | After confirmed completion of a Short Care Service, the agreed Care Fee is automatically debited from the Owner by Stripe Connect. |
Before provision of Long Care Services or Holiday Care Services | Debit of 50% of the agreed Care Fee | Once cancellation of a booked Long Care Service or Holiday Care Service would only still be possible subject to charges under Section 8 below, 50% of the agreed Care Fee is automatically debited from the Owner by Stripe Connect. |
After provision of Long Care Services or Holiday Care Services | Debit of 50% of the agreed Care Fee | After confirmed completion of a Long Care Service or Holiday Care Service, the remaining 50% of the agreed Care Fee is automatically debited from the Owner by Stripe Connect. |
After the Care Fee has been debited from the Owner, it will be credited to Liesl and the Caregiver according to the allocation described in Section 7.2 no earlier than after expiry of the 72-hour complaint period under Section 7.4, but no later than after 7 days.
Liesl itself is not involved in this payment processing procedure and assumes no liability whatsoever for errors made by the payment processor in carrying it out.
7.4 Chargebacks of paid Care Fees (chargeback procedure)
After completion and payment of a care service, Owners may submit a complaint via the Liesl Platform within a maximum of 72 hours (the “Complaint Period”) or initiate a credit card chargeback (the “Chargeback Procedure”).
Procedure of the Chargeback Procedure:
Stripe Connect blocks the entire amount of the Care Fee for the duration of the dispute procedure.
Stripe Connect may recover funds from the Platform or from the connected Stripe account if the dispute is lost.
Liesl may submit evidence (e.g. messages, photos) to justify the payment.
If the dispute is lost, a dispute fee will be charged.
After expiry of the Complaint Period, the Owner must assert any refund of the Care Fee or other claims directly against the Caregiver, and Liesl assumes no liability whatsoever for such refund claims or other claims.
7.5 Referral program
7.5.1 Principle and eligibility
Liesl offers a referral program under which existing users (“Referrers”) can refer new users (“Referred Users”) to the Platform and thereby earn rewards for themselves and the Referred Users on the Platform (“Reward(s)”). All registered users with an active profile are eligible to participate. Rewards received by Referrers or Referred Users under the referral program are non-transferable, and the referral program may be modified or discontinued by Liesl at any time.
7.5.2 Mechanics and triggering event
A referral is deemed successfully completed when a Referred User registers via the Referrer’s personal referral link or code and completes their first paid Booking on the Platform. A Reward is granted only if:
the Booking was processed entirely via the Platform,
no cancellation occurs, and
no dispute (Chargeback Procedure under Section 7.4) is opened within 72 hours after confirmed completion of the Booking (the “Cool-off Period”).
Entitlement to a Reward arises only after expiry of this Cool-off Period.
7.5.3 Rewards for Referrers
Upon a successful referral, the Referrer receives a Reward determined by Liesl. The type of Reward depends on the Referrer’s role on the Platform:
Owners receive a booking credit in the amount determined by Liesl. This credit is neither payable in cash nor transferable, but may be combined with other credits up to a maximum per Booking determined by Liesl;
Caregivers receive a cash payout in the amount determined by Liesl, which is credited to their connected Stripe Connect account. Payment is made in accordance with the payment flow described in Section 7.3.
7.5.4 Rewards for Referred Users
Referred Users receive a booking credit in an amount determined by Liesl for completing Bookings, which is automatically applied to their next Booking. This credit is neither payable in cash nor transferable, but may be combined with other credits up to a maximum per Booking determined by Liesl.
7.5.5 Expiry of Rewards
All Rewards expire automatically after a period defined by Liesl unless used before the expiry date. Unless expressly stated otherwise, there is no entitlement to payout or extension.
7.5.6 Abuse and reversal
Liesl may cancel or reclaim Rewards if:
abuse of the referral program is suspected (e.g. fake accounts, self-referrals via multiple profiles), or
the original Booking is refunded or reversed (chargeback).
If abuse is suspected, Liesl may also suspend or delete profiles in accordance with Section 12 and initiate legal action.
7.5.7 Further restrictions
Liesl may define a maximum number of Rewards per user per calendar year. Rewards exceeding this maximum number will not be granted. The current maximum number is determined by Liesl.
Only one Reward is granted for each successful referral. If a referral is made by several persons, the Reward is granted to the person whose referral was first registered on the Platform in time.
Referrals reported after registration or Booking has already taken place cannot be taken into account. Retroactive granting of Rewards is excluded.
7.5.8 Data protection notice for Referred Users
The Referred User acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of a successful referral, the Referrer will become aware that registration and a first paid Booking have taken place, as this is a prerequisite for payout or granting of the Reward. Further information on the processing of personal data can be found in Liesl’s Privacy Policy.
8. Cancellations
Subject to any other agreement between Owner and Caregiver, the following applies to cancellations (any cancellation fees are processed automatically via Stripe Connect, and Liesl has no influence thereon):
8.1 Cancellation by Owner (processed automatically by Stripe Connect)
Category | Time of cancellation | Consequence of cancellation |

8.2 Cancellation by Caregiver (processed by Liesl)

Holiday Care Services | For objectively justified reasons | No consequences |
Holiday Care Services | Without objectively justified reason | Suspension from listing and accepting new care services for 7 days and automatic 1-star rating |
8.3 Permissible cancellation in case of delay
If you as Owner or Caregiver are delayed in handing over the Pet for care, you have a one-time option via the Liesl app to adjust the expected start time.
If one Party is more than 10 minutes late in handing over the Pet for care, the non-delayed Party has the right to cancel the care service without charge or other consequences. Such cancellation will then be treated as a cancellation by the delayed Party, with the consequences set out in Sections 8.1 and 8.2.
8.4 Permissible cancellation for justified reasons
If the Caregiver has an objectively justified reason for cancellation, for example as agreed between Owner and Caregiver, due to illness evidenced by a medical certificate, an accident, or a family emergency, the Caregiver has the right under Sections 8.1 and 8.2 to cancel without consequences.
8.5 Consequences of repeated cancellations
From 3 cancellations by an Owner or Caregiver onward, Liesl reserves the right to suspend the relevant profile temporarily or permanently at any time.
8.6 Cancellation by Liesl
Liesl may cancel care services or services to be provided by Liesl itself at any time without consequences if there are legitimate doubts regarding the correctness of the information provided by the parties concerned or the authenticity of the request or listing.
9. Ratings and feedback
You accept that you may be rated as an Owner or Caregiver after completion of the care service. Your rating is visible on the Platform and may be decisive in whether Owners request your care services or Caregivers reject your requests.
You undertake not to manipulate ratings or exert improper influence on ratings.
10. Intellectual property
All rights in intellectual property rights are and remain the sole property of Liesl, regardless of your use of the Platform. Accordingly, you are prohibited from: (a) copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, or renting out the Platform in whole or in part; (b) modifying or attempting to read out the source code of the Platform; (c) using programs or scripts for the purpose of data monitoring or data extraction when using the Platform; (d) using, displaying, or manipulating Liesl’s trademarks.
11. Data processing
We collect, use, and share information from or about you as described in our Privacy Policy. Additional privacy policies may apply to services offered by Liesl or Third-Party Services of Caregivers, including privacy policies of third parties responsible for the processing.
12. Termination and suspension
12.1 Termination or suspension by Liesl
In the event of breaches of these GTC or legal provisions, Liesl may temporarily suspend your profile or permanently delete it without prior warning and cancel existing Bookings.
Liesl also reserves the right to initiate legal action.
12.2 Termination by the user
You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by closing your profile via the Platform.
However, already booked Third-Party Services must still be performed or cancelled in accordance with the agreement; the cancellation conditions under Section 8 apply.
B. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CAREGIVERS
1. Scope and order of precedence in case of contradictions
The provisions of this Section govern the specific rights and obligations of Caregivers when using the Platform to list and provide Third-Party Services. This is without prejudice to and in addition to the general rights and obligations set out above.
In the event of contradictions between the provisions of this Section and the general rights and obligations set out above, the provisions of this Section shall prevail insofar as they concern the offering and provision of Third-Party Services.
2. Special obligations as a Caregiver
2.1 Compliance with regulations
As a Caregiver, you are solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements relevant to the provision of your Third-Party Services. This includes in particular the declaration and payment of any taxes and duties, obtaining necessary residence, work, or other permits, and taking out legally required insurance.
2.2 Quality of services
You undertake to provide the Third-Party Services carefully, reliably, and in accordance with these GTC and your agreement with the respective Owner.
You must ensure that you possess the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications to provide the offered Third-Party Services lawfully and in accordance with contract.
2.3 Duties of care towards the Pets
As a Caregiver, you are in particular obliged to care for the Pets entrusted to you in a species-appropriate manner and to comply at all times with the applicable legal provisions, in particular all applicable animal welfare laws and regulations, including cantonal and municipal laws, ordinances, regulations, and guidelines. This applies in particular also to local leash and muzzle requirements.
You must take into account the characteristics and needs of each Pet and in particular adhere to the agreed care times and take appropriate precautions to ensure their well-being. In the event of problems or incidents during the care period, you are obliged to inform the Owner immediately.
2.4 Safety precautions and animal welfare
You undertake to take all reasonable safety precautions and comply with safety regulations in order to avoid accidents, injuries, or property damage during the provision of the Third-Party Services. In particular, local leash and muzzle requirements must be observed, and sufficient distance from other animals and people must always be maintained. In the event of unusual behavior such as aggression or illness of the Pet, you are obliged to inform the Owner immediately and take appropriate measures, including the use of a muzzle.
In addition, during the agreed care period you must be reachable by the Owner at all times, unless you and the Owner agree otherwise.
2.5 Dealing with problems during care
Should problems arise during the care period that jeopardize the proper performance of the agreed care, you are entitled to terminate the care service taking into account the Pet’s well-being. The Owner must be informed immediately. Liesl assumes no liability whatsoever for the consequences of such early termination.
In the event of a medical emergency, you are entitled to consult a veterinarian on your own initiative if it is not possible to contact the Owner. The Owner shall bear the costs of treatment unless the need for treatment is attributable to your gross negligence or intent.
2.6 Confidentiality and data protection
You are obliged to treat personal data and information of Owners confidentially and to use them only for the purposes of providing the care service.
Disclosure of data to third parties is prohibited unless the Owner has expressly consented or such disclosure is required by law.
3. Liability and insurance
3.1 Liability of the Caregiver
You are liable for all damage caused by your fault or the fault of your auxiliaries during the provision of the care service.
This includes in particular damage to the Owner’s property, injury to the Pet, or damage caused by the Pet to third parties, insofar as such damage is attributable to your fault.
3.2 Insurance obligation
You are obliged to maintain valid liability insurance with adequate coverage for damage that may arise during the provision of the Third-Party Services.
At the request of Liesl or the Owner, you must provide proof of existing insurance coverage.
3.3 Exclusion of liability of Liesl
Liesl acts solely as a technological intermediary platform to connect Owners and Caregivers. Liesl is neither a party to the agreements concluded between the Parties concerning the provision of Third-Party Services nor involved in the performance of the obligations resulting therefrom.
Therefore, Liesl assumes no liability for damages arising from the contractual relationship between Owners and Caregivers due to the use of the Platform. Any liability claims of the Owner must be asserted directly against the Caregiver and vice versa.
In addition, Liesl excludes, to the extent permitted by law, any liability for damage incurred when using the Platform, in particular also for acts or omissions of its auxiliaries and of Owners and Caregivers.
4. Verified status for Caregivers
4.1 Verified status
Liesl offers Caregivers the possibility of obtaining “verified status.” This status is intended to provide Owners with additional guidance in selecting Caregivers and greater confidence.
4.2 Requirements
In order to obtain verified status, Caregivers must provide certain evidence, and Liesl may request corresponding documentation from Caregivers, for example:
identity documents;
proof of professional qualifications or experience;
debt enforcement register extract;
criminal record extract.
4.3 Review and grant
Liesl reserves the right to review the submitted documents and to grant, refuse, or subsequently revoke verified status at its own discretion.
4.4 No guarantee
Verified status does not constitute any guarantee of the quality of the Third-Party Services or the reliability of the Caregivers. Liesl also assumes no liability for acts or omissions of Caregivers with verified status.
C. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR OWNERS
1. Scope and order of precedence in case of contradictions
The provisions of this Section govern the specific rights and obligations of Owners when using the Platform to obtain Third-Party Services. This is without prejudice to and in addition to the general rights and obligations set out above.
In the event of contradictions between the provisions of this Section and the general rights and obligations set out above, the provisions of this Section shall prevail insofar as they concern the offering and provision of Third-Party Services.
2. Special obligations as an Owner
2.1 Information obligations
You undertake to provide complete and truthful information about your Pet’s state of health, behavioral abnormalities such as being in heat or aggressive behavior, vaccinations, and special needs. If false or incomplete information results in damage, you shall be liable for such damage.
In particular, you confirm that your Pet is healthy, microchipped, dewormed, and free from contagious diseases and has active vaccination protection against at least the following diseases: rabies, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus, and kennel cough.
2.2 Handover and collection
You undertake to hand over and collect the Pet at the agreed times. In the event of a delay of more than 10 minutes, the Caregiver has the right to cancel the care service without charge.
In the event of delays, you must inform the Caregiver immediately. You shall bear all resulting costs yourself. If the Pet is not collected on time, the Pet may, after 3 days, be placed in an animal shelter or another suitable care facility. You shall bear the resulting costs.
2.3 Emergency arrangements
You agree that the Caregiver may, in particular in the event of aggressive behavior, terminate the care service and take appropriate protective measures, such as applying a muzzle, or that the Caregiver or Liesl may consult a veterinarian without consulting you in the event of a medical emergency if it is not possible to contact you immediately. The costs thereof, as well as the costs of transport or care, shall be borne by you. In such case, the Caregiver or Liesl will inform you immediately.
2.4 Care costs
You are obliged to pay all agreed fees for the services used on time.
Reasonable additional costs for caring for the Pet, such as food or medical treatment, shall also be borne by you. Food must be provided by you as the Owner; otherwise, the Caregiver is entitled to charge you additional food costs of CHF 5.00 per day on which the Pet was cared for.
3. Liability and insurance
3.1 Liability for damage
You are liable for all damage or injury caused by you or your Pet, including damage to the property of the Caregiver or third parties in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. You bear full liability for damage resulting from false or incomplete information about the Pet.
3.2 Insurance obligation
You are obliged to ensure that you hold liability insurance for your Pet as required by law.
At the request of the Caregiver or Liesl, you must provide proof of existing insurance coverage.
3.3 Exclusion of liability of Liesl
Liesl acts solely as a technological intermediary platform to connect Owners and Caregivers. Liesl is neither a party to the agreements concluded between the Parties nor involved in the performance of the resulting obligations.
Therefore, Liesl assumes no liability for damage or losses arising from the contractual relationship between Owners and Caregivers or from use of the Platform.
Irrespective of the foregoing, Liesl excludes, to the extent permitted by law, any liability whatsoever, in particular also for acts or omissions of auxiliaries or third parties connected with the Platform.
Any claims must be asserted directly against the Caregiver.
D. Amendments to these GTC
Liesl reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time without prior notice, whereby you will be informed thereof via the Platform or in another appropriate manner.
E. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC and your entire contractual relationship with us are governed exclusively by Swiss law and shall be construed in accordance with Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Liesl.
